I have been waking up to a screaming alarm for years. Probably nearly 20 now. For almost 7 years (I can't believe it has been that long!), my wife has been admonishing me to wake to music, as she ostensibly does with her alarm clock. About half of the time though, her radio turns on to some super obnoxious commercial or radio DJ that I find way more grating than an alarm buzzer. At least I can control what I hear, right?
So, after nearly 7 years I determined that she was right, but not entirely, and I went out and bought an alarm with a CD player. It was much more pleasant to wake to the tunes of my good friend, and Christian Rock artist Ben Glover (seriously check his stuff out he is great), than a buzzer, and I didn't immediately roll over and go back to sleep because I wanted to listen to the song.
With that in mind I want to say: Babe you were right.
